ZEOS PCs APPROVED FOR 'NASDAQ WORKSTATION II PC' REPLACEMENT PROGRAM; ZEOS SYSTEMS AT POWER, ENHANCE EXISTING SERVICES FOR NASD MEMBERS

 MINNEAPOLIS, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- ZEOS International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZEOS) announced today that its Intel (INTC) based '486DX-33 and '486DX2-66 upgradable systems have been approved for the Nasdaq Workstation II program. The Nasdaq Workstation II program provides NASDAQ market makers a more advanced computer and network environment designed to provide continued excellent trading reliability and an appropriate technical foundation for growth.
 The Nasdaq approved systems are based on ZEOS' high performance presentation workstations and file servers operating the Intel 80486 microprocessors at either 33 MHz or 66 MHz. System configurations include 8 megabytes of random access memory (RAM), a high speed 340 megabyte local-bus disk drive, two floppy drives, a high performance local-bus color video display system as well as Microsoft (MSFT) DOS 6.0 and Windows 3.1.
 Nasdaq presently is targeting June 1994 as a date for member firms to have upgraded their equipment to Nasdaq Workstation II approved PCs.
 According to Greg Herrick, chairman and CEO of ZEOS International, the company is very excited to have been selected to participate in the Nasdaq Workstation II program.
