ZEOS INTERNATIONAL NAMES NEW VICE PRESIDENT ST. PAUL, Minn., March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- ZEOS International, Ltd.
(NASDAQ: ZEOS) today announced the appointment of Dwayne R. Derrick as vice president of Special Operations, a new position.
For the past six years, Derrick served as executive vice president of Austin, Texas-based Austin Computer Systems, where he was a founding member of that personal computer vendor's direct marketing division. Gregory E. Herrick, ZEOS International chairman and chief executive officer, said: "With his extensive experience in sales, marketing and general management, Dwayne Derrick will be a valuable addition to the ZEOS senior management team. We expect him to play a key role in our efforts to develop new business opportunities for the company."
