Youth Empowerment and Employment Generation.

Time Frame: 2014-2016 (training over 14 weeks)

Budget: $500000 (amount sought: $125,000)

Objective and Scope: To promote youth employability through the development of technical skills, value orientation and handson capacity building and exposure to professional practical experience. Areas covered include training in oil and gas fields such as drilling, automation and instrumentation.

Intended results: At least 25 youth trained with specialized skills in technical areas such as oil and gas to promote employability and address youth unemployment

Key partners: Rivers State, Akwa Ibom State and Delta State (Nigeria)
