IF we add together the pro-hunt demonstrators, the pension protesters, the Iraq war objectors and the anti-EU brigade, then Tony Blair and his cronies will soon be lucky to be running a car boot sale, never mind the country.

Scowling Gordon Brown lacks voter charisma and the others are all nonentities, so step forward the real people's champion - Rab C. Nesbitt.

He has all the qualities we need: thick, scruffy, no experience and will run the UK from his shed.
