Your View: Share our soap.

Byline: William Sangster

IF the BBC are so hard-up for cash, why are they not sharing the very enjoyable River City on the network, and why are the BBC still putting up with the grim EastEnders?

I wonder what the reason is for this. After all, we pay the same licence fee throughout the country.

If Scotland has to watch both soaps, so can the TV network. I find this nonsensical arrangment by the BBC very colloquial
