BLUES need a decision on the future of the proposed new stadium, while Liam Byrne MP and the council can't seem to come to a compromise.

How about using part of the Longbridge site? It's claimed to be as big as Monaco with good road, rail and motorway links to the city and beyond. It is a strong Blues supporting area and would also help the redundant Rover workers. R PALMER, Hollywood

I DESPAIR at Bryan Robson continually chopping and changing his strikers.

How are the players supposed to develop an understanding with each other under this policy? I wish he would pick two strikers (Ellington and Earnshaw preferably) and stick with them for a run of games.

He will end up destroying the confidence of his strikers altogether, a situation which will have disastrous consequences for the team as a whole.
