Reach for the Echo In times of stress, when you just need a bit of time on your own, what can you do?

The same thing you have been doing for years, reach for your old friend, the good old Echo, With a nice cup of tea, you can take your mind off your problems, and escape for a while, You can read the newspaper, or go online these days, plenty of variety on the pages to make you think, and make you smile,

The world is cruel at the moment, so you need a trusted friend to help you relax, The Echo has serious stories, but there are also beautiful poems, and letters from the public, where they are taking people to task, Finally, if you have read the paper the wrong way around, you can finish with the sport, Then depending on how your team is doing, maybe you will have a smile on your face or not, but either way you are bound to feel better than before.
