Your Poem.

A spaceman popped down A spaceman came to see me tonight, It was a surprise; he gave me a fright, He came from a star that was shining so bright, He came when we were all in bed, in the middle of the night.

He had pointy ears and one big eye, He said they are all like him way up there in the sky, He said on his planet everybody can fly, He said if I was up there so would I.

His suit was so shiny, stylish and green, He looked like a pop star from our TV screen, He spoke like a gentleman, like that actor, Richard Green, The one who played Robin Hood on the silver screen.

He said I would take you back with me, But there is only room in my craft for one you see Next time I pop down I will use a three seater, Then there will be room for me, you and Rita.

He jetted off at the speed of light; He shot off so fast he was soon out of sight, When I opened my eyes the light was so bright, I'd fell out of bed with a bump; mum came in and turned on the light.
