Young people do need to behave; FEEDBACK.

HOW long is yobbish student behaviour to be condoned because of their age? As a resident of Shieldfield for over 21 years I have first-hand experience of this noisy, drunken loutishness.

A lot of these people are here to party not study, and I believe they are not policed enough.

Yes, give them the occasional second chance, but repeated behaviour should be reported to their college and they should be kicked off their courses and sent home. I've drunk in the Bigg Market over 30 years and have never personally been in trouble, but being a Geordie at an early age I learned respect and restraint.

If no action is taken on events such as Wednesday, October 16, problems will escalate.
