Yale Robbins releases directory of Manhattan co-ops condos

Yale Robbins, Inc. has announced the publication of the company's third volume of co-op and condominium directories, the Directory of Manhattan Co-ops and Condos. The latest volume to be released by one of metro New York's leading real estate publishers provides complete, up-to-date information on more than 1,700 cooperative and condominium buildings in Manhattan.

According to company president Yale Robbins, NLike its predecessors (the Brooklyn and Queens directories), this guide delivers the kind of solid, comprehensive coverage that real estate professionals and vendors really need. People in this business use our directories because they know they'll get complete, accurate information in an easy to reference format." Robbins points out that the directories enable the subscriber to "zero in on any building" in New York City's dynamic co-op and condominium market.

The new Manhattan directory promises to be a time and cost saving tool, because it not only offers critical building data, but includes the names and phone numbers of hundreds of managing agents who represent thousands of city co-ops and condominiums. In addition to the managing agents, where available the names of president of the co-op/condo board, and the building superintendent are also included.

The Manhattan Directory provides physical building data such as location, year built, building height, number of apartments and elevators, as well as block and lot numbers, plot size, and list of building amenities. In addition, the building descriptions offer key information from the offering plan including the number of shares, initial offering and effective dates, tax deductibility and mortgage per share.

Robbins notes that, "With the publication of the third volume in our three--volume co-op and condominium library, those active in the residential real estate market now have access to more than 3,000 co-op and condominium owners and managers in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Early next year, we will wrap-up coverage of New York City with an all new Bronx directory."

Robbins adds, "One thing we hear time and time again, is how pleased people are to be able to preview the entire co-op and condominium market without costly research and time consuming leg-work.
