Yale Robbins debuts guide on Manhattan co-ops/condos

A spokesperson for Yale Robbins, Inc. announced that the inaugural issue of the company's Directory of Manhattan Coops and Condos has been released and is now available for distribution. The co-op and condo guide will cover more than 1,700 cooperative and condominium buildings in Manhattan.

The latest co-op and condo directory is the third volume in a comprehensive three volume set, which also provides extensive coverage of the vigorous co-op and condo market in Brooklyn and queens. Given the success of the directories to date, said company president, Yale Robbins, work is underway on a Bronx directory which could be released in the spring.

To order the directory, contact the company at 212-683-5700.
