YOUR RECIPE with THE OLDE YOUNG TEA HOUSE.

Black tea and malteaser tiffin from the Olde Young Tea House owner Carli-Jayne McNaught INGREDIENTS: 200g milk chocolate Handful of morello cherries 150g Malteasers 150g digestive biscuits 100g Butter 3 tbspns Black Cherry Tea - The Olde Youing Tea House 2 tbspns Golden syrup METHOD: Use a silicone brownie tray 20cm wide - perfect for eight strong tiffins and a tea strainer In a large pan pop in the butter and tea leaves and melt that down. Keep the heat really low.

Strain out the tea leaves and you are left with a black cherry scented melty butter mess.

Add in the chocolate and syrup and melt that down real slow too. so it's nice and silky.

Put your digestives and three or four of the malteasers in a freezer bag and bash the little things to bits.

Pour that in with the whole malteasers (we like a little crunch) and stir.

Pop in the handful of morello cherries. Pour into the tray and cover with some tin foil and leave in the fridge overnight.

Then in the morning add some yummy ganache and a few malteasers for extra yum or slice into bits and devour.

So tasty and crunchy make sure you send us some picture of your tea house creations at www.facebook.com/theoldeyoungteahouse
