When her car breaks down and her dog Lucy is taken to the local pound, impoverished Wendy (Williams) tries to get her back.
THE VERDICT
This low-key, low-budget drama is the tender tale of one woman and her dog. Nothing much happens in it, but it is still gently absorbing and oddly memorable.
