Xetma Vollenweider presents high performance machines.

Xetma Vollenweider will be present at hall 1, booth G-13/J-12 together with SAGAR GROUP - their exclusive sales and service agent in India. Soft Touch (emerizing and brush-sueding), Plush Touch (raising), Even Touch (shearing), Level Touch (carpet shearing), Clean Touch (cloth cleaning) product lines and special solutions for different kinds of application will be presented at ITME INDIA.

In the field of soft touch effects, Xetma Vollenweider offers the new X-TREME XEB machine, which realises production speeds of up to 100 m/min. The newly developed Dual Drive system allows higher rotation speeds of the working rollers and thus a more intensive treatment of the fabric surface. The special lightweight construction of the rollers ensures that larger working widths can be realised. Unique surface effects of incomparably high dense and softer touch can be achieved by combining four different technologies in just one operation: Brush-sueding and Emerizing (XEB), Emerizing (XE), Brush-Sueding (XB) and Raising and Emerizing (XRE).

In the field of shearing the Xetma Vollenweider offers performance optimised shearing machine Optima XS, with optimal shearing results due to highest shearing precision.

Newly developed carpet shearing machine X-PLORE XCS, with a nominal width of up to 6000 mm offers the best shearing results for all kinds of woven and tufted carpets, needle felts and artificial turf. The extremely precise and powerful Xetma Vollenweider Heavy Duty Shearing Units(r) are equipped with a hydraulic pressure and lift-up system as well as an integrated dust extraction systems. Special pile preparation systems prior to the shearing process guarantee best finishing results of textile floor coverings in wide widths.
