XEROX ELECTS MILLIGAN A VICE PRESIDENT STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- John R. (Jack) Milligan
has been elected a vice president of Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX).
Effective Jan. 1, Milligan assumes responsibility for Xerox financial relations with Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based joint venture of Rank Xerox Limited and Fuji Photo Film Company, Limited. In this role, he will be a key advisor to Xerox Chairman Paul A. Allaire and senior management on Fuji Xerox matters. The new Xerox corporate officer has been director, finance and control, for Rank Xerox with headquarters in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, since joining the company in 1977. In his new position, Milligan, 58, will be located at Xerox corporate headquarters here, reporting to Alan Z. Senter, vice president, finance. Milligan, who is a U.S. citizen, was born in Scotland. He holds a bachelor's degree from Sir George Williams University, Montreal, and a master of business administration from the University of Maine. Before joining Xerox, he worked in various finance positions with several companies in Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom.
