XEROX CREDIT CORPORATION TO REDEEM ALL $3.8 MILLION EXTENDIBLE 1999 NOTES

 STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Xerox Credit Corporation announced today that it will redeem on March 22, 1993, all of the $3.8 million principal amount of its outstanding extendible notes due March 15, 1999. The notes, issued in March 1984, will be redeemed at a price equal to 100 percent of their principal amount, plus accrued interest. Interest on the notes will cease to accrue on and after March 22, 1993.
 Xerox Credit is a unit of Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) which provides financing for buyers of Xerox equipment.
 To receive the redemption payment, certificates for the notes must be surrendered to the trustee, State Street Bank and Trust Company, at its Hartford, Conn., branch. Questions concerning the redemption should be directed to State Street Bank and Trust Company at 203-244-1833.
