XEROX CREDIT CORPORATION TO REDEEM 9-1/2 PERCENT NOTES DUE NOV. 15, 1994
 STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Xerox Credit Corporation announced today that it has elected to redeem on Nov. 15, 1992, all of its $150 million of outstanding 9-1/2 percent notes due Nov. 15, 1994, at a price equal to 100 percent of their principal amount, plus accrued interest. Interest on the notes will cease to accrue on and after Nov. 15.
 To receive the redemption payment, certificates for the notes must be surrendered to The Bank of New York, the trustee for the notes.
