XENEJENEX ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Xenejenex Inc.
(NASDAQ: XNJX) today announced that a corporate name change had recently been approved by the company's shareholders.
At the company's Dec. 11 annual meeting, held in Andover, shareholders approved the name change of Xenejenex Inc., to Health Management International, Inc. The company will trade on the NASDAQ (OTC) system under the symbol "HMII." The company also announced that it will continue to use the name Xenejenex in conducting business in the field of health care communications. In June of this year, Health Management International raised $2 million in new capital and issued warrants which could raise an additional $9 million if exercised. The investors in the financing were Noel Group, Inc., $1.5 million, and Triumph (asterisk) LOR, $500,000, both privately held New York companies. -0- 12/18/91 /CONTACT: Christopher T.
