BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-April 3, 2019-Worldpay expands capabilities in Australasia


Payment technology provider Worldpay, Inc. (NYSE: WP; LSE WPY) has announced a 2019 investment in Australasia for 2019 with the opening of two sales offices in Australia, the company said.

The Australasia expansion includes the company's receipt of a local license for acquiring card payments in New Zealand.

These regional investments will enable Worldpay to serve its Australasian clients through an enhanced market presence and in-country payment processing.
