World Wireless Communications Signs Two New Organizations, Expanding its Nationwide Representative Network.

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1999--

World Wireless Communications Inc. (OTC BB:WWWC), a leading developer and manufacturer of wireless and Internet technology systems, Tuesday announced the signing of two major sales representative organizations; Arva-Hudson Inc. of Seattle and Aurora Marketing Company of Denver.

Arva-Hudson Inc. was formed in 1974 and is a leader in the RF, Microwave and Communications Markets. With offices in Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland, the company covers the states of Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Western Montana and Western Idaho.

Aurora Marketing Company has been serving the communications industry exclusively since 1977. The company operates out of Denver, and covers Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Southeast Idaho, Eastern Montana, Western Nebraska, and the El Paso Texas area.
