World Premiere: Musical Trailer for "Falling in Love (with You)" Sets Sail to the Masses.

New York, NY, February 23, 2013 --( On Valentine's Day, Patchwork Bessie released the visual trailer for their debut single, “Falling In Love (With You)” from their forthcoming EP, which has yet to receive a title. Set in a dark world, the 30-second clip depicts ships out in the distance of a vast sea with waves crashing over the shore; matching the haunting drums and vocals of the song. Produced by the New York City-native duo The Triad, folk singer and songwriter Alfa lends her vocal talents to the track, which will tell the story of the emotions and risks that come with falling hopelessly in love with someone.

A fusion of myriad genres ranging from Blues, Rock, and Pop with Hip-Hop undertones, the upcoming project is a musical quilt that will not only transcend the boundaries of music as we know it, but will also transcend cultural boundaries. With songwriters and musicians from different walks of life joining forces, this EP will reveal stories that surely connect and relate to a melting pot of listeners.

“Falling In Love (With You)” is slated for release on March 12, 2013. For more on the Patchwork Bessie movement, 'Like' the Facebook page ( and follow Patchwork Bessie on Twitter (@PatchworkBessie)
