World Class Equestrians Robert Blanchette and Tammy Schipke Bring Blanchette Equestrian to Santa Cruz' Historic Loma Alta Farm.

Comprehensive Training Programs Offers High-Level Instruction in Hunter, Jumpers, Equitation and Dressage

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- Blanchette Equestrian announced today that it has expanded its full-service equestrian training and boarding program to Santa Cruz' historic Loma Alta Farm. Blanchette Equestrian is headed by International Grand Prix competitor Robert Blanchette, and Hunter and Equitation expert Tammy Schipke. Blanchette Equestrian offers a complete training and lesson program with high-level instruction in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation and Dressage.

"If there is an equivalent to rock stars in the equestrian world, Robert and Tammy are it," said Hollie Wendt, parent of a Blanchette Equestrian student. "The strides our daughter has made under their training, is outstanding and a real testament to their knowledge, skills and incredible teaching ability."

Blanchette, who grew up in Portola Valley, CA, is currently competing in the Grand Prix circuit in California. Robert has ridden on, and coached, several Nations Cup Teams. He was heralded as one of the top show jumpers in Sweden from 2000 to 2005 and has competed extensively in Germany and throughout Europe.

Schipke, who grew up riding at Loma Alta Farm, has been active on the West Coast Show Circuit for more than 20 years. Before partnering with Blanchette, Schipke worked for many years alongside the legendary World Champion Hunter rider, John French, who is recognized as one of the most accomplished hunter riders in the sport today.

"Tammy and I both share a passion for teaching what we have learned from our teachers and our horses; and we are thrilled to be bringing that experience to Loma Alta," said Robert Blanchette. "Given Tammy's experiences training and riding with such a demanding domestic team, and my years competing internationally, we offer the most competitive and comprehensive Hunter/Jumper training facility in the area."

Loma Alta's training facility includes an expansive outdoor arena with all-weather footing, a covered arena with new footing and stalls with paddocks, box stalls and turnouts.

Blanchette Equestrian at Loma Alta Farm is located at 3300 Old Stable Lane in Santa Cruz, CA. For more information on Blanchette Equestrian, visit the Blanchette Equestrian page on Facebook or our website at www.blanchetteequestrian.com.
