Working class kids job block.
The study by former Health Secretary Alan Milburn found that a "closed shop" still exists in professions such as medicine, the law and civil service.
Millburn criticises the way talented working-class kids are stuck in dead-end jobs and demands that posh private schools open up their facilities to all kids.
But in the report out tomorrow, he also slams the Government's apprenticeship schemes for failing to give poor kids a leg-up.
And he wants 10,000 apprentices to get a fully funded university place.
Millburn said: "It is time to break the closed-shop mentality, so that, regardless of people's background, they get a chance to succeed."
