Woodruff, Gergen will moderate plenaries at NLC conference.

Judy Woodruff, chief Washington correspondent for Public Broadcasting Service's MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour, and David Gergen, editor-at-large for U.S. News and World Report and a regular radio and television commentator, will moderate plenary sessions during the upcoming Congressional-City Conference.

Woodruff will moderate the special session "Reviving Cities' Economies," Sunday, March 7, 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., to which several Cabinet officials have been invited to discuss the Clinton administration's economic recovery strategy.

Gergen will moderate the "Federal Budget Priorities and Deficit Reduction Strategies" panel on Monday, March 8, 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., during which Congressional leaders will talk about long-term deficit reduction.
