A woman has revealed the bizarre reason she has decided to be cryogenically frozen... with her pet corgi.

Debbie Fleming appeared on This Morning today with rescue dog Sherry via video link from Orlando.

Speaking to presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, she said that she was inspired by dad who was cryogenically frozen when he died.

Revealing she visited her dad often, she described him being in a huge cylinder you can't see through" with a number of other bodies and hung upside down.

Debbie decided to take the plunge with being cryogenically frozen when she was in her thirties.

"Who knows what's gonna happen in a couple of years from now with nano technology," she said.

When Eamonn Holmes asked what nanotechnology was, she struggled before saying: "Robots will be able to go in an fix whatever was wrong with you."

She insisted that she wasn't consumed with thoughts of being frozen but said that she thought the idea "would be nice".

"It's a nice concept," she said. "My dad always said that if you get buried or cremated there's a zero chance of coming back.

Well he's not wrong there...
