Woman killed by bike smash.

A woman has died after colliding with a cyclist during the Ride London event.

The pedestrian, 67, suffered serious head injuries during the incident on July 30 and died in a west London hospital on Thursday.

Next of kin have been informed and a postmortem examination will take place.

Police were called to New King's Road and Guion Road in the Parson's Green area of Hammersmith and Fulham.

London Ambulance Service also attended and found an injured cyclist in his 60s. He was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries before being discharged.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident.
