Woman 'flashed' at car full of children.

POLICE have released pictures of a suspected woman flasher who exposed herself to a car full of children.

The photos were taken by the children's shocked mother after an argument at an ASDA car park in the Cape Hill area of Smethwick.

The mother of four was in her car when she was approached by the woman who became argumentative.

Out of the blue she unzipped her jacket to reveal she was completely naked.

It is believed that the woman, who is described as black and aged in her late twenties, exposed herself in front of the children aged 13, 12, 10 and 4. The 33-year-old from Warley was so outraged she followed the woman and managed to use her phone to take a photo of the suspected flasher.

Acting Sergeant James Proffitt said: "In all my years I have never known of a lady flasher.

"What has happened here is a sexual offence and the victim was understandably shocked and offended.

"The woman had no regard for the young children who were exposed to this kind of behaviour.

"This is a very serious crime and we would appeal to anyone who may know this woman to call us.

"Why the woman did this still remains unclear."

Anyone with information can call 101, or the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
