Witch hunting of official employees having ties with banned outfits begins.
PESHAWAR, July 11, 2011 (Frontier Star): Witch hunting of Official
employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Provincial government, and federal
government having sympathies/ties with banned outfits has finally begun.
A separate monitoring cell has been established for the purpose, and law
enforcement and security personnel have been given special instructions
regarding the issue. Directives issued in this context pertain to pinpointing of elements belonging from banned outfits, as the process
has been initiated in the wake of arrest of Army Brigadier, arrested for
his alleged sympathies/connections with banned outfit of Hezb
-al-Tehreer. All the suspects were being carefully and discreetly monitored in this context, and arrest orders would be issued after
clarification of these contacts. Sources have informed that besides
government officials, private institutions were also been monitored for
their possible ties; while all activists of Hezb-al-Tehreer have been
known to have gone underground in wake of the witch-hunt.
