WITH 20 years of experience and 12 years of trading within the home improvements industry,James Thackra Managing director of CWS of Shepley tells us briefly what CWS is about : "CWS was designed for the trade market, with quality products, value for money and excellent workmanship.

"We continue with the same work ethic since we started in April 2002 by simply seeing what the customer wants, give them some advise,and then call them later with the quotation, "No hard sell and no follow up call , we wait for the call to come into us.

"I continually get suppliers, and people within the industry telling me sell on the day/night,and chase them up etc, but that's not how we do it at CWS, and never will.

"We give genuine quotations, don't offer silly discounts, buy one get one free etc. It just doesn't exist, so why try telling the customer anything different" "With the addition of our excellent fitting teams we have it all.

"It works well for a cost effective,quality installtion, without the hard sell of stereo typical double glazing companies.''
