Win/win on Seventh.

Winoker Realty Company, Inc. has arranged a 4,000 square-foot sublease for Stream57, providers of user-friendly, globally accessible communication and collaborative services, at 462 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan.

Winoker Realty's team of Richard Price and Joshua Alter acted on behalf of both the sublessor and Stream57.

"Mr. Alter and I have nearly 30 years of combined leasing experience in the Midtown South market," said Mr. Price.

"We have established long-term relationships with the building owners and tenants in this neighborhood. Our market knowledge and relationships enabled us to produce a win/win situation for both parties involved."

Mr. Alter continued, "We are very happy that we created positive situations for both parties and we look forward to handling their future real estate needs."

The property at 462 Seventh Avenue is a 23-story, 183,000 square-foot office building located between on the corner of 35th Street and the Avenue in the Midtown South section of Manhattan.
