Williams leases for McGregor in 3 Manhattan locations.

McGregor Corp., a New York-based men's clothing manufacturer, has leased a total of 34,970 square feet at 1330 Avenue of the Americans, 600 Madison Avenue and 228 East 45th Street for three divisions, it was announced by Williams Real Estate Co. Inc., which represented the tenant in all transactions.

McGregor Corp. leases 9,200 square feet for a showroom for its Botany 500 suits division at 1330 Avenue of the Americas, subleased 9,270 square feet for an office for its Global Licensing division at 600 Madison Avenue, and leased 16,500 square feet for an office for its Anvil division, which sells T-shirts to major athletic wear firms and wholesalers, at 228 East 45th Street.

Formerly located at 135 West 50th Street, McGregor Corp. is expected to occupy its new offices during April, with the exception of Anvil, which moved to 228 East 45th Street in January.

The three leases, which have an aggregate rental value of $8.15 million, range in length from six years to 11 years with options for additional space.

David A. Falk and Alexander P. Jinishian, bot Senior Directors at Williams, represented the tenant in all three transactions. Cushman & Wakefield and Edward S. Gordon represented the owners of 1330 and 228 East 45th Street, respectively. Harper Lawrence represented the sublessor, Carol Management, at 600 Madison.
