William B. May leads the way.

William B. May Commercial Real Estate has been chosen as the lead brokers in the sale of a 4.32 acre corporate retreat in Warren County, NY.

In addition to its breathtaking views, the 6658 square foot Lincoln Log Home boasts ten rooms with three full baths and three half baths.

The retreat also has three wrap around decks with Cedar railings on the ground level.

The full ground level basement comes equipped with a two car garage, game room, operating equipment room, a gymnasium and three storage rooms.

More impressive, is the state of the art kitchen, which is 18 x 25 with Italian ceramic tiles lining its floors. The 14 Cedar lined closets offer up extra storage space for the buyer. A swimming pool, an intercom system, computerized weather station and built in alarm system are other noteworthy amenities.

Jeffery Hatcher, Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales at William B. May Commercial Real Estate, believes that although the retreat already comes well equipped for both fun and relaxation, more amenities can be added to the spacious property.

He stated, "This retreat is located on 4.32 acres of land. Therefore, in addition to the existing facilities, it has space for a tennis court, guest houses, cabanas and other recreational amenities that may interest the buyer.

"They will have more than enough space to create their dream getaway."
