Willett Labellers for Suncharm

Four non contact labelling machines have been sold to one of the UK's largest soft drinks producers for coding shrink-wrapped packs. The Willett 2300 pressure sensitive machines are applying labels to packs of 24 bottles or cans on production lines at the Suncharm Soft Drinks factories at Huddersfield and Pontefract.

These lines are run at different speeds for different size cans or bottles and the 2300 machines are applying labels pre-printed with bar-code, sell-by and use-by date, flavour and production details. The machine at Pontefract is on a line running at 80 packs a minute.
