Will write boss in false claim.

THE director of a will writing business falsely claimed to be a member of the Halesowen-based Institute of Professional Willwriters.

Bryan Pharo, who currently trades as, was a director of Britannic House Limited, based in Torquay.

Both its website and company paperwork made reference to Pharo and the company being members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.

But these false claims came to light when the IPW received complaints.

Pharo was convicted of 16 offences and fined a total of pounds 2,400 and ordered to pay pounds 945 costs.
