Wilde Announces Staff Expansion.
HOLLISTON, Mass. -- W.A. Wilde Company, New England's largest direct marketing and fulfillment solutions provider, announced today six new company hires. It also announced one promotion.
Joining at the director levels are Tony Caruso and Doug Fruscione. Caruso has joined Wilde as director of new business development, responsible for developing relationships within the financial services and healthcare management industries. Fruscione joins Wilde as director of procurement and estimating.
Prior to working at Wilde, Caruso served as director of sourcing and contract management at John Hancock, where he was responsible for managing and optimizing print, mail and fulfillment outsourcing relationships and acting as a liaison to suppliers. Prior to that, he served as director of sales at the Saleslink Corporation. Prior to Saleslink, Caruso worked at Scudder Investments as an assistant vice president for marketing operations.
Previously, Fruscione served as a director of production at Leo Burnett. He also has experience serving in a similar capacity at Seidler Bernstein, where he played a key role in business process development and managed all the corporate outsourcing partnerships. He also managed all the production workflow and scheduling processes.
In addition to the new director positions at the company, Wilde announced it has hired two new account managers and two new account services managers.
Dorothy Bosh was recently promoted from account coordinator to the position of account manager. Dorothy's experience and growth over the past year, combined with her background in direct marketing, make her a great fit for the Account Management position. Prior to Wilde, Bosh worked at D3 Logic as a quality assurance manager.
Candida Sifuentes recently joined the company as account manager. She brings over seven years of direct marketing experience to the position. Sifuentes' previous account experience includes work with the United States Air Force, Fallon Community Health and Informa Learning.
Traci Cacioppo has joined Wilde as an account services manager. Cacioppo brings over 15 years of direct marketing experience, account management, print production, letter shop, mailing services, list research and acquisition, email and telemarketing and client and vendor relationships. Before joining Wilde, Cacioppo was an Account Supervisor at Yellowfin Direct Marketing in Boston. She has also worked at Dragon Direct Marketing, Cramer and Dickinson Direct.
Jennifer Swaluk has also joined Wilde. Initially joining the company as an account manager in late 2006, she was quickly promoted to account services manager earlier this year. Swaluk brings a decade of experience in the direct marketing industry. Prior to Wilde, Swaluk worked at Boston University as a Project Manager and prior to that she worked at Columbia Funds as a production coordinator.
"We are very pleased to have both Tony and Doug join our organization. Their experience with mail and fulfillment, production and procurement will serve the company well as we look toward our goals in 2007," said president and chief executive officer Tom A. Wilde. "In addition, our new account managers and account service managers will help us to manage and grow a number of strategic accounts here at Wilde."
