Harry and his bucketful of Dinosaurs has been a very popular series of picture books for some years now. This new book, however, is an illustrated chapter book starring a slightly older looking Harry without the bucket. He's tearing around town on his bicycle and is running in to all those problems that inquisitive boys always seem to get themselves in to. Keeping him company in his adventures are his old mates, Jack and Charlie, who have also grown older but no less adventurous. They find themselves facing all sorts of challenges including the local bullies and a fast talking shyster who seems to be getting away with daylight robbery.

Where are the dinosaurs? Well, it seems Harry thinks he's too old for his bucket full of dinosaurs and they been relegated to the attic (sniff). Not to worry, because just when things look as if they are getting to be really bad a Back Up Dinosaur (BUD) appears to help Harry, just like they used to.

This book is an appropriate transition for the Harry character into an older age group. Many children who have read the picture books may enjoy reading this chapter novel for themselves. Suitable for strong readers aged 7 and up.
