Why has Flynn been given only 2 games? malcolm ALLEN SGORIO PRESENTER.

Byline: malcolm ALLEN

THE news this week about Bryan Flynn's appointment as manager of the national side for the next two qualifying games still does not sit comfortably with me.

Firstly, why only two games? And does he fit the profile of the manager that the Welsh FA are looking for? Yes, Brian deserves a chance and I believe he has a big role to play with the national squad, but it's still not the most stable of situations.

Pressure will be on Brian now but he is experienced enough to keep this out of the dressing room.

The players also know that he has only two games in charge and it's important they forget all about it and focus on their football when they face Bulgaria in two weeks time. The players cannot afford to use it as an excuse this time round.
