When will you get your conservatory? Shortly after you place your order, the distribution centre will telephone you to arrange a date for delivery between 14 and 28 days later.

Is there an installation service? No. They are designed to be built by the competent DIY-er, or you can choose to use your own builder if you prefer.

Is planning permission needed? Generally planning permission is not required, however it is still advisable to check with your local planning authority and building control department.
