Whose web press?

Little Rock's Aristotle Inc., a wireless Internet service provider, rebranded its new Web design service recently.

There's a bit of drama behind the rebranding: Back in March, reported on a legal dispute between Jim Martin and Travis Risner over the ownership of the assets and clients of Martin's former Jonesboro Web design company called YourWebPress and the clients of Risner's company, of Paragould.

We found out about it through Aristotle, which confirmed it had hired Jim Martin and was purchasing a content managing platform from him to help create Aristotle WebPress, which designs websites for small and medium-sized businesses.

What's happened since then? Not much: The suit is ongoing, said Aristotle President Elizabeth Bowles. Aristotle WebPress was launched several weeks ago. She said Martin was still working for Aristotle and her company wasn't involved in the lawsuit, nor would it affect the rebranding.

Bowles said the rebranding would change Aristotle WebPress to Aristotle Select, but wouldn't change the pricing of the service. She said the new website could be visited at
