Who started first and when?

In Utrinski vesnik, former MP Slobodan Najdoski wonders, when did the devaluation of institutions by the government start. According to Najdoski, the first one in line of fire was the Macedonian Parliament followed by the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia and the Constitutional Court, two institutions that have at least so far kept their independence and autonomy in their work. Najdoski explains that in this manner, the government aims to achieve a double goal- from one side, it points out that others are to blame for the halted reforms, but on the other side it sets the scene for a complete control of the system.
