* Victoria Mellor, chief executive and co-owner of Melcrum Publishing Ltd., of London, who was recently featured in an article on women as business leaders in the Guardian, a leading U.K. newspaper. The article noted that Mellor is a sort of rarity in U.K. businesses in that only about 15 percent of small businesses are owned by women.

Mellor and her husband, Robin Crumby, launched Melcrum Publishing nine years ago. They now have 35 employees; offices in London, Sydney, and Chicago; and five b-to-b newsletters and three annual manuals.
