Mohammad Hussain Dadabhoy - Managing Director, Dadabhoy Cement Ind.

Mohammad Hussain Dadabhoy (45) is the Managing Director of Dadabhoy Cement Industries Ltd., Dadabhoy Construction Company Ltd., Pak German Prefabs Limited and Dadabhoy Trading Corporation Ltd. He also holds the Directorship of various companies. Hussein Dadabhoy is the Chairman, All Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association and Sr. Vice President of Dadu Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is the member, Chamber of Commerce & Industry - Karachi and International Non Resident owner of Real Estate Board of New York Inc. He actively participates in social activities and holds the portfolio of Managing Trustee of Dadabhoy Foundation and Member of Karachi Gymkhana Club and Defence Housing Authority Club, Karachi. He was widely travelled.

Ausaf Hussain Agha - Chairman/Chief Executive Sakrand Sugar Mills Ltd.

Mr. Ausaf Husain Agha (53) is the elected Chairman/Chief Executive of Sakrand Sugar Mills Ltd. He is B. Com and FCMA. Mr. Agha is a professional having an overall experience of 34 years in responsible positions. He is associated with sugar industry since 1961. He was the key person who made feasibility study of Habib Sugar Mills Ltd. which was established in 1963. He served Habib Sugar Mills for 12 years, out of which over 6 years as Chief Executive and Director. He was Managing Director of Inter Consultant Corp. Ltd. a turn key consultancy company which has to its credit erection and machinery fabrication of a number of sugar mills including Dadu Sugar Mills & Thatta Sugar Mills. Machineries were also made for Fauji Sugar Mill, Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills, Al-Noor Sugar Mills beside many other industries apart from sugar industry Co. He has also served as Advisor for a number of sugar-related activities and has written a number of articles which have appeared in national press, periodicals and technical journals. He was the Chief Executive & Managing Director of Sindh Abadghar Sugar Mils Ltd. from its inception in 1988.

Mr. Iftikhar Ahmad - Chief Executive Apex, Fabrics Limited

Mr Iftikhar Ahmad (39) Chief Executive, Apex Fabrics Limited, holds Masters of Science degree from the University of Sindh. He has completed his academic education in 1974 and has added to his credit education of various management courses and varied technical and marketing experience in the later years. He was engaged with an agro-industrial project for a couple of years and also managed to organise and operate a trading house abroad to deal with his splendid trading activities especially in the fields of textile machinery and products. In 1987 he sponsored a textle project, Apex Fabrics Limited, a Public Limited Company, for which he has been elected as the Chief Executive.

Mohamed Ahmad Ismall - Chief Executive, First Tri-Star ModarabaMr.

Mr. Mohammed Ahmad Ismall (56) Chief Executive of First Tri-Star Modaraba managed by A.R.T. Modaraba Management (Pvt.) Ltd., holds a B. Com degree and has 35 years of experience in manufacturing, export and import trade. He is well placed in business circles and has been running his existing concerns, engaged in both manufacturing and trading activities, successfully. Besides entrusted with the responsibility of being Chief Executive of A.R.T. Modaraba Management (Pvt) Ltd., he is also holding directorship in Indus Pencil Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Indus Bettery Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Premier Battery Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Tri-Star Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Tri-Star Polyester Ltd.

Mr. SAfdar Rashid - Chief Executive, B.R.R. Investments (Pvt.) Ltd.

Safdar Rashid, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Great Britain since 1967, is a very senior Corporate Executive with 45 years of service. Of these, 30 years have been in the position of MD/Chief Executive. He is presently the Chief Executive of B.R.R. Investments (Private) Ltd., and B.R.R. Capital Modaraba and also B.R.R. Second Modaraba. He was the first Chairman of the Leasing Association of Pakistan. Mr. Rashid's career commenced with 5-1/2 years as a regular officer in the Armoured Corp - technical - during which he served in Burma in the 1939-45 War. This was followed by 2 years executive service in Burma Oil Company. Since that time all of his work has been of an tntrepreneurial nature in various organisations of repute. Mr. Rashid has combined a technical background with a depth of general management and financial operations. He has been responsible for the operations of B.R.R. Investments (Private) Ltd., and B.R.R. Capital Modaraba from their inception, being thereby responsible for pioneering the leasing business in Pakistan. In 1990 the Group additionally floated B.R.R. Second Modaraba, so that the assets of the Group Companies and their lease portfolios now approach Rs. One Billion.
