Who's stupid now, Professor Gruber?

Those of you who do not depend on the mainstream media to inform you are now very familiar with Jonathan Gruber of MIT. Numerous videos have surfaced in which he explains how he assisted the Obama administration and the Democrats in deceiving the American people regarding Obama-care by twisting facts and numbers in order to get it passed into law. He was able to do this, he claims, because the American people are stupid and ignorant of economics.

But hold on a minute. Who's really stupid? Not the Tea Party. Every Tea Party group across the country opposed Obamacare from the very beginning. Obamacare, along with all of Mr. Obama's stimulus spending, were the two main factors that created the huge Tea Party movement. The Tea Party still opposes Obamacare.

Who's stupid? Not the American people. They were not fooled by the Obama/Gruber subterfuge. They still oppose Obamacare by 56 percent to 37 percent.

The Republicans weren't stupid either. Not one Republican voted to make Obamacare the law of the land.

It appears that the only stupid ones were those who created Obamacare, those who voted for it, and those who still support it -- Democrats all. They were either fooled by their own subterfuge, or they knew Obamacare was a bad deal and they voted for it anyway.

And the stupidest of all? Mr. Gruber. He still thinks he fooled the American people.
