Brostovski has been with GCP Capital Group since its inception in 1996. Prior to that, he worked as a commercial mortgage broker.

GCP Capital Group LLC announced that Adam S. Brostovski has been made a principal in the firm.

Brostovski holds a J.D. from St. Johns School of Law.

Kathleen Hawley has joined The Schultz Organization as senior associate. She will specialize in retail leasing.

Hawley joins The Schultz Organization from Levin Management, where she was director of leasing. Throughout her 15-year career, Hawley has worked for the McDonalds' Corporation, Fidelity Land Development, and SKS Associates/Security Capital Corporation.

Hawley received her B.A. from St. Cloud State University and her paralegal degree from Adelphi University. She resides in Easton, Penn.

Arthur Hixson has joined The Staubach Company as senior vice president. He will be based at the company's Murray Hill, N.J. office.

During his 30-year career, Hixson has represented such prestigious clients as Atlantic Mutual Insurance Companies, ExxonMobil Corporation, and GAB Robins. Prior to joining The Staubach Company, he served as senior director at Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc.

Hixson is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a licensed salesperson in New York and New Jersey. He holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Hixson resides in Boonton, N.J.

Insignia/ESG announced that Drew Kaplan, Steve Wentz, Jeffrey C. Laures, Jeffrey D. Eiting, and Robby Skinner have joined its Dallas office.

Kaplan will serve as senior managing director of the Dallas office. He has more than 16 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and has represented such companies as American Airlines and Xerox. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, he worked for the Equis Corporation. A graduate of Old Dominion University, Kaplan holds a B.A. in business administration.

Wentz will serve as managing director. Duering his career, Wentzw has worked with such clients as AG Edwards, International Paper, and National Healthcare Resources. He has completed more than one million square feet of transactions and is experienced in new lease acquisitions, dispositions/subleases, terminations, and land purchases. Wentz holds a B.S. in marketing from the University of North Texas.

Laures will serve as director. With more than 16 years of experience, he has served such clients as Phillips Corporation, PepsiCo, and International Paper. Laures holds a B.S. from Iowa State University.

Eiting will serve as an associate. He joins Insignia/ESG after four years with the Equis Corporation, where he represented such clients as Coca-Cola Enterprises, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, and Clarke Bardes Consulting. Eiting is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has a B.A. in business administration from McCombs School of Business.

Skinner will serve as an associate. Previously, he has served as vice president of operations for Sleepy Hollow Custom Homes. Skinner earned a B.S. in business administration and finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Terry Spillane has been named director of media relations. Spillane will be responsible for core business publicity.

A. veteran pub1icist, Spillane has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1989. He is a member of an award-winning corporate communications department that is based at the firm's headquarters in New York City. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Spillane was a publicist in the corporate communications department of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Spillane holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Iona College. He has lectured on media relations at Iona and at the Public Relations Society of America. He is also a past member of the board of directors of PRSA-New York and the Publicity Club of New York.

Larry Brown has joined Howell Industries as senior vice president in charge of the firm's facilities management division. He will also be responsible for strategic business development.

Brown has 34 years of corporate experience in real estate facilities management and construction. Prior to joining Howell Industries, he served as the manager of the regional offices of design and real estate for IBM, as well as the manager of the facilities services division of Johnson Controls, Inc.

Brown holds an associate's degree in engineering technology and a B.A. in education from the University of Toledo, where he also studied law and economics. He resides in Stamford, Conn.

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels announced the appointment of Mary Daly as senior vice president of the firm's capital markets team. In this position, Daly will lead the group that specializes in debt and equity financing for hospitality projects. She will also focus on first mortgages, construction financing, and restructuring existing debts.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Daly served as senior relationship manager for Credit Lyonnais.

Daly has an extensive financing background, having served as a relationship manager for commercial real estate and hospitality loans while with The Industrial Bank of Japan, the Shawmut Bank, and BayBank Boston.

Insignia/ESG announced that J. Andrew Wildman joined its capital advisors group.

Wildman joined Insignia/ESG in July 2001, working primarily on financial analysis, including market data, property tours, and due diligence reviews. Previously, he worked as an office and industrial broker for Carter & Associates. In addition to being a tenant and landlord representative for the company, Wildman procured several investment deals and was involved in planning a large multi-use development project in Murfreesporo, Tenn. His clients included AIG, Stormont Trice Corporation, and Fannie Mae.

Wildman holds a B.A. in international studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn.

Insignia/ESG announced that Patrick Luzzi joined its New Jersey office as managing director.

Luzzi is an eight-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, he was vice president of the leasing and marketing group at Gale & Wentworth, LLC. While there, Luzzi was responsible for assisting with Gale & Wentworth's new construction projects at Giralda Farms, Somerset Financial Center, and Mountain View Corporate Center. His clients included Merck Medco, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Luzzi is a graduate of Montclair State University.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Bruce Quinn has joined the firm's advisory group as senior managing director of structured finance. He will focus on working with corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial clients in devising transactions designed to meet specific tax and accounting objectives.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Quinn was a managing director in the real estate investment banking group at JP Morgan Chase and Co. He was responsible for devising and executing complex real estate transactions, including asset sales and spin-offs, build-to-suit projects, and synthetic leases. While at JP Morgan Chase, Quinn raised more than $6 billion for companies such as e-Bay, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Dream Works.

Quinn received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from Georgetown University.

Boston Properties, Inc. announced that Jason A. Fivek has been appointed as a leasing representative in the firm's Boston office. In this capacity, Fivek will be responsible for the leasing of Reservoir Place, a 600,000 SF office campus in Waltham, Mass.

Prior to joining Boston Properties, Fivek served as a sales representative for Forrester Research. He was responsible for driving sales in the Midwest.

Fivek holds a B.A. from Colgate University. He resides in Boston, Mass.

Boston Properties, Inc., announced that Meredith Caine has been appointed as a leasing representative for the Washington, D.C. region. In this capacity, Caine will be responsible for assisting the company's senior leasing team in all phases of its marketing and leasing efforts.

Prior to joining Boston Properties, Caine served as a field marketing specialist for Winstar. She was responsible for the coordination of all of the company's marketing programs and events.

Caine received her B.S. in communications from the University of Delaware. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Inc.

The Singer & Bassuk Organization named Scott A. Singer as its new executive vice president.

Previously, Singer held the position of vice president at the firm. During his career, he has completed transactions worth almost $6 billion, including construction and permanent financing for Two Chase Manhattan Plaza, 99 John St., and The Fairfax.

Singer holds a degree from Cornell University. He is active in various civic and business organizations, including the UJA-Federation of New York, the Associates of Beth Israel Medical Center; and-[INCOMPLETED]
