Advanced TelCom Group, Inc. announced that Bonnie Rozales has joined the company as an account executive.

Rozales will be responsible for developing and presenting proposals for various data and voice products to potential business clients.

Rozales is a recent graduate of Boston University's School of Management, where she earned a B.S. in business administration. She has served on several committees of the Westchester County Chamber of Commerce and the American Cancer Society.

Scott Edlitz, a retail real estate specialist at Robert K. Futterman & Associates, has been promoted to director.

Edlitz, who was previously an associate director, has been responsible for a number of high-profile leasing transactions, including the Victoria's Secret store at 165 E. 86th St., Charles Schwab at The Empire at 1356 Third Ave. and the New York Sports Club at The Lyric at 2521 Broadway. He currently represents several prominent Manhattan landlords, including RFR Davis, The Related Companies, and Sidney Fetner and Associates. Prior to joining RKF in 1999, Edlitz was a member of the retail group at Murray Hill Properties.

Edlitz is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

The Trammel Crow Company announced the appointment of Joseph A. Mastracchio as sales associate.

Mastracchio has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He will be involved in devising sales and leasing strategies for the office and industrial marketplace throughout New Jersey.

Mastracchio received his B.A. in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson.

Rockwood Realty Associates, LLC announced the appointment of Brendan McCormick as a research analyst at the firm's New York headquarters.

In this capacity, McCormick will be responsible for assisting in the collection and analysis of real estate market data.

Andrew Tarvin has joined the brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. as an associate.

Tarvin most recently served as a partner in his own firm, Tarvin Associates. During his career, he has leased hundreds of thousands of square feet on behalf of tenants in the Bergen county area. Tarvin's current projects include serving as a leasing agent for Stellar Capital Real Estate's Continental Plaza, a class "A" corporate campus in Hackensack, N.J.

Tarvin earned a B.A. in economics management from Ohio Wesleyan University. He resides in Ridgewood, N.J.

Robert D. Goodman has joined Colliers ABR as senior managing director of its brokerage division.

Goodman formerly served with Julien J. Studley, Inc. During his career, he has represented a diversified mix of domestic and international clients, including Fitch IBCA, Smart Money, and American Capital Access.

Goodman holds a B.A. and an M.A. in economics and finance from New York University. He resides in Scarsdale, N.Y. with his wife and two children.

Goodstein Realty Commercial, LLC announced the appointment of John D. Goldman as president. In his new position, Goldman will supervise 13 brokers.

Goldman has been active in New York real estate for almost 50 years. As a broker, he has been associated with William B. May and Brown Harris Stevens. His recent transactions include the net lease of a mixed-use development at 13th St. and Washington St. and an exclusive agency for a development parcel in Chelsea.

Goldman holds a B.A. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Columbia University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Harvard Club of New York, and the National Arts Club. He resides in New York city with his wife and two children.

Insignia/ESG announced that Andrew B. Zezas has been promoted to the position of senior managing director at its Saddle Brook, N.J. office.

Zezas specializes in strategic plannice, advisory, and project implementation services. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Inc., he served as a corporate real estate advisor for the New Jersey office of Cross & Brown Company. Some of his clients included AT&T, Met Life, and the Chrysler Corporation. Zezas has received numerous awards from Insignia/ESG, as well as a "Broker of the Year" award from Gale & Wentworth for 2000 and the "Creative Deal of the Year" award from New Jersey NAIOP for 1995.

Zezas is a member of the Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association, the National Association of Industrial Office Properties, and the American-Hellenic Institute in Washington, D.C. He recently as chairman of the Greek-American Chamber of Commerce. A licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and New York, Zezas delivers lectures twice a year on "Landlord! Tenant Relationships and Real Estate Economics" to the American Management Association in New York City.

Sharon Telesca has joined Furnished Quarters as director of sales and marketing.

Telesca is a 20-year veteran of the corporate hospitality industry. Prior to joining Furnished Quarters, she served as director of sales and marketing for the St. Regis Hotel. While there, Telesca was responsible for overall business strategy, implementation of marketing programs, and customer acquisition and retention.

Telesca holds a B.S. in business administration from The Pennsylvania State University. She is an active member of Executive Woman International. She resides in New York City.

Cooper Square Realty announced the addition of Jami Adelman, Aviv Zumin, and Stephen Massel to the staff of the firm's sales and leasing department.

Adelman joins Cooper Square from a Manhattan real estate company, where she was consistently one of the top producers. A native of Philadelphia, she achieved much success within her family's real estate ventures before moving to New York City. Adelman is a graduate of Temple University.

Prior to joining Cooper Square Realty, Zumin has held managerial positions in the restaurant industry, including his own health food business. He also became actively involved in real estate transactions. A native of Israel, Zumin pursued postgraduate studies there and served in the Israeli Army.

Massel comes to Cooper Square from a consulting business, where he provided services to large financial institutions. Massel graduated from Manchester University with a degree m electrical engineering.

Grubb & Ellis Company has appointed Keith Misner as managing director of the company's multi housing investment group. In his new position, Misner's responsibilities will include creating and executing a strategic plan for the group and overseeing the expansion of the multi-housing advisory team nationally.

Misner has a broad background in the commercial real estate industry, including principal, brokerage, and development experience.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, he developed numerous senior living projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Misner previously served as a regional manager with CB Richard Ellis' investment properties group.

Misner earned an M.S. in real estate development and investment from the Real Estate Institute at New York University. He is a member of the Multi Housing Investment Council and the Urban Land Institute.

Insignia/ESG announced that Scott Berfas has joined the firm as an associate broker in its Long Island office. Berfas will be responsible for the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Long Island area.

Previously, Berfas held internships at major investor relations/corporate communications firms. He also served as an editorial assistant at Global Finance Magazine.

Berfas is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.A. in economics and an emphasis in studies on domestic and international financial markets.

Jerome Belson, president of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, Inc., has been elected to the board of directors of the United Cerebral Palsy National Research and Education Foundation.

Belson has served on the board of the United Cerebral Palsy of New York City Inc. for the past 35 years. He currently serves as the organization's executive vice president.
