Drew is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wilson of Clinton and the grandson of Carl VanNamen of Jackson, the late Jean VanNamen, and Mr. and Mrs. Glynn Wilson of Raymond.
The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Dr. Linuel Jayroe. Music was provided by vocalists Erica Parker and Mary Megan Sweatt, pianist John Langworthy, and organist Carol Durham. The wedding coordinator was Tonia Ray.
The bride wore a designer gown of matte satin fashioned with a molded strapless bodice encrusted with a fleur design of pearls, crystals, and clear sequins touched with silver threads. From a dropped waistline fell a full A-line skirt edged around the hemline with pyramids of beading sweeping into a chapel train trellised with buttons and beaded appliques. Her tiered illusion veil was edged in silver thread, pearls, and crystals matching that on her bridal gown. and she wore three hand-beaded pearl hairpins in her hair. Her hand-tied bouquet was made of white roses and freesias with her late maternal grandfather's wedding band tied into the ribbon.
The matron of honor was Jennifer Kelly, sister of the bride, of Hattiesburg. The bridesmaids included Stephanie Bryant of Jackson. Tennessee; Katherine Hall of Memphis. Tennessee; Sarah Grace Parker, cousin of the bride, of Clinton; Holly Reynolds of Knoxville. Tennessee; and Mary Megan Sweatt of Amory. They wore two-piece satin strapless gowns with off-the-shoulder stoles that were trimmed with satin twists at the waistline over A-line skirts. They carried hand-tied bouquets of coral and peach roses. Riley Tucker and Rebekah VanNamen served as flower girls, and Benjamin Thomas served as ring bearer.
Joe Wilson; father of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen were Miles Dorroh of Columbus; Patrick Kirk of Clinton; Josh Richardson of Ripley; Peter Wilson; brother of the groom; and John Zimmerman of Columbus. The ushers were Ryan Kelly, brother-in-law of the bride, of Hattiesburg; Matthew Nicolas of Eupora; and Davis Parker, cousin of the bride, of Clinton.
Following the ceremony, a reception honoring the couple was held at Eagle Ridge Conference Center in Raymond.
On the eve of their wedding the bridegroom's parents hosted a dinner at Oakridge Clubhouse in Clinton for the wedding party, family, and friends.
After enjoying a Caribbean cruise, the couple is at home in Starkville.
