Where buck stops on affordable housing; LETTERS.

THE comment made in Saturday''''s Daily Post by Cllr Mark Pritchard in respect of Wrecsam Council coming bottom of the pile in delivery of affordable homes is at best disingenuous.

Councillor Mark Pritchard has been Lead Member for Housing and Planning for the last seven years and for four of those years Affordable Housing was the only one of three Corporate a Priorities that the council consistently failed to hit the target for.

It may be convenient for Cllr Pritchard to wish that he wasn''''t part of the previous administration but part of it he was, and the buck stops with him for failure to reach the affordable housing targets year on year.
