ARGUABLY the most beautiful of them all, Dubliner Michelle took the title 19 years ago.
She has two young daughters from a former marriage to international soccer player John Devine, and a third from a broken relationship with Ryanair tycoon Cathal Ryan.
Once voted the sexiest woman in Ireland, Michelle - a former girlfriend of Van Morrison - hit the headlines in 1997 after suing Ryan for assault.
She sold her Dublin home for pounds 1,500,000 and moved to England.1981 GERALDINE McGRORY
HAIRDRESSER Geraldine was 20 when she won the title.
Today she owns a chain of five salons in her native Derry where she still lives.
She married her childhood sweetheart Sean McDermott and the couple have three young sons.1982 ROBERTA BROWN
DERRY beauty Roberta added a string of titles to her name after winning the Miss Ireland crown at the age of 19.
She went on to come third in the Miss Universe contest and seventh in the Miss World.
In 1983 she married Italian-American Salvatore Polistina.
She works in marketing in Atlanta, Georgia.

TALLAGHT girl Trish met her future husband, Scottish photographer Jim Wilson, during her reign.
For the next 12 years they lived in the Arizona desert where they ran a large photographic studio.
They moved back to Jim's native Glasgow four years ago and bought a hotel. They have a five-year-old son, Peter.1984 OLIVIA TRACEY
DUBLINER Olivia was bitten by the acting bug and starred in the stage version of Lady Chatterley's Lover.
Split from husband Peter Catterson, she now lives in the Los Angeles working as a model and actress.
She also writes a social column for New York's Irish Echo.1985 ANN MARIE GANNONSTILL one of the country's top models, the Artane beauty suffered a setback when her runner-up was sent to the Miss Universe instead.
Ann Marie now runs her own wedding fairs and fashion show company, AMG, in Dublin.1986 ROSEMARY THOMPSON
ROSEMARY was a 20-year-old hairstylist from Lisburn, Co Antrim, when she won the title.
After raising funds for under-privileged children in Asia, she returned to her old trade and lives in Co Down with her husband Kenneth Baxter and two daughters.1987 ADRIENNE ROCK
FASHION buyer Adrienne continued to model for some years after her reign as Miss Ireland. Today she lives in Foxrock, Dublin, with husband Andrew Boucher and young daughters Jade and Hollie.1988 COLLETTE JACKSON

ARGUABLY one of the most popular title holders, Galway-born Vivienne has just completed a bumper year as a top model and TV personality.
The blonde stunner who has recently returned to her former job as an Aer Lingus stewardess does not rule out a career in the media, having successfully co-hosted The Big Breakfast with Johnny Vaughan earlier this year.
