Where's the joke?
It is an art that whenever you try to make a comment the least you can do is avoid a contradictory statement. Just to give an example you mentioned that "In many other countries an industry regulator would have imposed themselves, legally sequestered the property and given it to another developer. What a great example to 'future investors in R/E!'"
Yet when I suggested that in many developed and developing countries the countdown timers were installed you take it as nonsense and you think it is laughable!! Isn't it more erudite to take a look at your contradictory comment and laugh at yourself? Do you think that developed countries go to such lengthy procedures and install these countdown timers without taking into considerations their benefits? Or do you think that with such negative comments developed countries should have consulted your Majesty's opinion and obtained your approval before installing the countdown timers?
I also mentioned that a consensus will make this proposal more feasible like they did when the traffic directorate tried to introduce "seat belts" a few years back. So do you think a consensus on this issue is a joke or would you approve it and settle this issue once and for all?
