Wheel Shot Blast Systems.

BCP (USF Surface Preparation) is offering a structural monorail machine for the blast cleaning of hard-to-handle steel components. The 4872 Monorail Shotblast System, an eight-wheel machine, is fully automated and includes heavy-duty blast wheels; a total media throwing capacity of 3600 lb/min; an air cannon blow-off for quieter, more effective abrasive removal; an upper storage system that houses shot media above the machine for efficient abrasive metering; a work envelope of 48 in. x 72 in.; a blast chamber of 12% manganese steel; and chamber zones linked with replaceable wear plates. In addition, a customized 16-wheel structural monorail machine model 96130 can be used for large components. The machine features a work envelope that is 96 in. x 130 in.; automatic powered doors; PLC touch screen controls; automatic blast wheel selection; and a high-capacity dust collector.
